What data do we collect and why?

Through the forms on this website we collect your name, phone number, e-mail address and message — to answer your enquiry or booking (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). In the recruitment form we also collect your age and — if you add them — photos, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to assess your application and contact you.

CCTV in the club

The club is covered by CCTV. It serves the safety of guests and the transparency of transactions. Recordings are stored securely, inaccessible to third parties, for 14 days.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only store your age confirmation in your browser so we do not have to ask every time. The directions map is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which may record its own technical data (e.g. your IP address).

How long do we keep data?

Messages and bookings — up to 2 years after the last contact. Job applications with photos — 12 months or until you withdraw consent. CCTV recordings — 14 days.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access and correct your data (Art. 15–16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to object (Art. 21) and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO). Just write to biuro@viptorun.com.pl.
